So how is the Arcadium Group's Pay For Performance philosophy different than the traditional approach to charging management consulting fees?
 
Simply put, we share in our client's risks and embrace accountability for our work by consulting for equity, investing directly in our clients or by taking success based fees measured on objective outcomes.

For example: suppose your business objective is to launch your brand and its products into a new geographic region but you have no sales force, distribution channel or business contacts in that region. 

Our experienced and globally connected Arcadium Group consultants will prepare a market development strategy for your brand, make the necessary sales representative or distribution channel agreements to sell your products in that region, and then diligently track and measure the results achieved.

If you decide our Pay for Performance option is best suited to your financial needs, our fees for this type of project could be covered by collecting a small percentage of your new sales over a short period of time. 

Or, another example of Pay For Performance might be in the case of a small start-up business who needs to develop a complete Brand Management Strategy but doesn't have the working capital to afford the fees charged by traditional management advisory firms. In this case we might consider taking a equity position in your company should we see a significant potential for growth.

 Lastly, we do take fixed fee projects based on a set of mutually agreed to deliverables allowing you to significantly limit the financial risk that would otherwise be present in a hourly fee based engagement which we never accept.
